Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on TCGNOW.net and is operated by TCNOW TRADING (Registration No. 202503270990 (003781412-W)).

By participating in auctions, purchasing products, or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Conditions

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, including original packaging. Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos) are required for all claims.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if:
• The item has been used, altered, or tampered with
• The claim is submitted beyond the allowed timeframe
• Insufficient evidence is provided

Auction Purchases

All auction items on TCGNOW start at RM1 with no reserve price and are sold on a final sale basis.

Once an auction ends and a bid is successful:
• The bidder is obligated to complete payment within 72 hours
• Failure to complete payment will result in:
– Order cancellation
– Item being relisted for auction
– Account restriction from future bidding

No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed for auction items except in the following cases:
• Wrong item sent
• Item significantly damaged during shipping

Raw Cards (Ungraded Singles)

Raw cards are sold based on actual product images and descriptions provided.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
• The wrong card was sent
• The card was severely damaged during shipping

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Condition disputes
• Centering, print lines, or surface expectations
• AI pre-grading differences or third-party grading outcomes

All AI pre-grading reports are for reference only.

Graded Cards (Slabs)

Graded cards are sold as-is based on the grading assigned by PSA, BGS, CGC, or other grading companies.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The slab is severely damaged during shippingWe do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Disagreement with the assigned grade
• Minor scratches or case wear
• Regrading or cross-grading results

Sealed Products

All sealed products are sold as final sale items.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived severely damaged and remains factory sealedWe do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Pull rates or random contents
• Manufacturing defects
• Packaging wear that does not affect the seal

Accessories (Top Loader, Sleeves, Cardify Mailer)

All accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

GEMDROP Mystery Packs

All GEMDROP purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each pack:
• Is randomized
• Is serialized and selected by the buyer
• Includes a disclosed RTP (Return to Player) percentage

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the randomness and outcome of the product.

Shipping & Fulfilment

Shipping fees are fixed as follows:
• RM15 for West Malaysia
• RM25 for East Malaysia

Orders can be combined up to a maximum of 2kg per shipment.
Additional weight will incur additional shipping charges proportionally.

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation via our logistics partner, Ninja Van.

Self-collection is available at:
Vertical Business Suite, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
10:00AM – 4:00PM (Working days only)

Shipping Damage Claims

If your item arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos and videos of:
– Outer packaging
– Inner packaging
– Item condition
• Retain all packaging materials

Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.

Payment & Security

All payments must be completed within 72 hours for auction wins.

Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit Card
• E-wallet
• Bank TransferFor first-time bidders, credit card verification may be required.
All payment data is securely handled by our payment gateway partner, Stripe. TCGNOW does not store card details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by TCGNOW.
