By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Conditions

All returns or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the item shows signs of use, alteration, damage, or tampering after delivery.

Raw Cards (Ungraded Singles)

Raw cards are sold based on visual inspection, descriptions, and images provided on the listing. Minor imperfections, print lines, centering issues, and surface marks are considered normal.

Returns or refunds for raw cards are only accepted if:
• The wrong card was sent, or
• The card was significantly damaged during shipping.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on:
• Condition disputes
• Centering or surface expectations
• Differences in grading opinions or third-party grading outcomes

Graded Cards (Slabs)

Graded cards are sold as-is, based on the grade assigned by the grading company shown on the slab.

Returns or refunds for graded cards are only accepted if:
• The wrong item was sent, or
• The slab arrived physically damaged during shippingWe do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Disagreement with the assigned grade
• Cracks, scuffs, or minor scratches on slab cases that do not affect the card itself
• Future regrading results or cross-grading outcomes

Auction Items

All auction sales are final.

Once an auction has ended and payment is completed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted, except in cases where:
• The wrong item was sent, or
• The item was severely damaged during shipping

Failure to complete payment for an auction win may result in account restrictions or cancellation of future bidding privileges.

Sealed Products

Sealed products include booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, and any factory-sealed items.

All sealed product sales are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted once the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Pull rates, pack contents, or luck-based outcomes
• Manufacturing defects beyond our control
• Packaging wear that does not affect product integrityReturns may only be accepted if:

Shipping Damage Claims

If your item arrives damaged, you must:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and videos of the packaging and item

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.
