Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through TCGNOW.net and is operated by TCNOW TRADING (Registration No. 202503270990 (003781412-W)).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Shipping Coverage
TCGNOW currently ships throughout Malaysia, including:
• West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
All shipments are handled by our official logistics partner, Ninja Van.
Shipping Fees
Auction Orders
• West Malaysia: RM15 per shipment
• East Malaysia: RM25 per shipment
Shipping fees include handling, packing materials, and logistics processing.
Combined Shipping
Winning bidders may combine multiple auction wins into a single shipment.
Combined shipping is limited to a maximum parcel weight of 2kg.
If the combined shipment exceeds 2kg, additional shipping charges will apply:
• Up to 2kg = 1 Shipping Charge
• 2kg to 4kg = 2 Shipping Charges
• 4kg to 6kg = 3 Shipping Charges
TCGNOW reserves the right to determine final shipping charges based on actual parcel weight and dimensions.
Order Processing Time
Auction Orders
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after successful payment has been received.
Retail Orders
Accessories, supplies, and non-auction products will generally be shipped within 3 working days after successful payment.
Orders are not processed on:
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Malaysian Public Holidays
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via your TCGNOW account, email, or other available communication channels.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
• Delivery location
• Weather conditions
• Logistics delays
• Peak seasons
TCGNOW is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Self-collection is available by appointment only.

Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Public holidays excluded.
Customers must collect their orders within the agreed collection period.
Packaging Standards
At TCGNOW, we take packaging seriously.
Depending on the product type, items may be shipped using:
• Sleeves
• Top loaders
• Semi-rigid holders
• Bubble wrap
• Cardboard reinforcement
• Protective boxes
• Cardify Shipping Shield products
• Additional collector-grade protection materials
Our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely and securely.
Parcel Opening Video Requirement
To protect both buyers and sellers, TCGNOW strongly requires customers to record a continuous, unedited video while opening their parcel.
The video should clearly show:
• The unopened parcel
• Shipping label
• Parcel condition upon arrival
• The full unboxing process
• The contents received
Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect our ability to investigate claims relating to:
• Missing items
• Wrong items
• Shipping damage
• Insurance claims
Shipping Damage Claims
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must:
- Contact TCGNOW within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of:
• Outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Damaged product - Provide the complete parcel opening video.
- Retain all original packaging materials.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost during transit, TCGNOW will work with Ninja Van to investigate the shipment.
Resolution timelines depend on the investigation process conducted by the logistics provider.
Compensation, if applicable, will be subject to the logistics provider’s terms and insurance coverage.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
TCGNOW shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
