GemDrop buy back policy

14-Day Buyback Program

To provide additional confidence to our customers, eligible items obtained from our GemDrop Pack may qualify for our 14-Day Buyback Program, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Buyback requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase of the GemDrop Pack.
  • Only items originally obtained from our GemDrop are eligible.
  • Item must remain in substantially the same condition as when originally received.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Buyback Valuation

  •  Buyback values are not guaranteed and are determined at the time of the buyback request.
  •  Valuations are based on current market conditions, recent sales history, marketplace transactions, dealer buylist prices, auction results, liquidity, and condition.
  • Market prices for trading cards may fluctuate significantly. As such, buyback offers may be lower or higher than the estimated value assigned to the card at the time the GemDrop Pack was sold.
  • The final buyback value shall be determined solely by the seller.

Buyback Cap

  • Any buyback offer shall be capped at the lower of:
    •    80% of the item’s current fair market value; or
    •    80% of the value assigned to the item when placed into the GemDrop Pack.
  • The seller may offer a higher percentage in the form of store credit at its sole discretion.

GemDrop Pack Conditions

  • The purchase of a GemDrop Pack does not guarantee a future buyback offer.
  • Item values shown, advertised, streamed, or disclosed during pack sales are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed future buyback values.
  • Pull rates, chase card values, and estimated market values are provided for entertainment and promotional purposes and may change without notice.

Seller Discretion

  • All buyback requests are subject to review and acceptance by the seller.
  • The seller reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, limit, or modify any buyback offer for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Market volatility;
    • Changes in card demand;
    • Inventory levels;
    • Authenticity concerns;
    • Card condition concerns;
    • Business or liquidity considerations.
  • Submission of a buyback request does not create any obligation for the seller to purchase the card.

Payment Method

  • Approved buybacks may be paid via cash, bank transfer, e-wallet, store credit, or other methods determined by the seller.
  • Store credit offers may be higher than cash buyback offers.

Final Determination

  • All valuations, eligibility decisions, and buyback offers are final.
  • By purchasing a GemDrop Pack, customers acknowledge and agree to this Buyback Policy.

The seller reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Buyback Program at any time without prior notice.
